RLDGROUP was founded in 2000 by Sharon Schanzer.

Sharon has been a successful entrepreneur, graphic designer, consultant, web developer, marketer and photographer for over 20 years.

Sharon has a unique combination of strategic, creative, and hands-on technical expertise and serves as RLDGROUP’s creative director as well as the core of our business development and operations team.

Prior to founding RLDGROUP, Sharon was Director of Business Development at Meta Design, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at online game developer VirtualGiveaway, Vice President of Client Services at software developer ProductPOP, and Principal and City Leader of the San Francisco office of Internet consultancy Luminant Worldwide.

Before joining Luminant, Sharon was, for 10 years, CEO and co-founder of Madison Technologies, a publishing technology consulting firm in New York City. Prior to founding Madison Technologies, she was (the first ever) Manager of IT Services at magazine publisher Condé Nast and a technical writer at KPMG (aka Peat Marwick.)

Sharon attended Carnegie Mellon University and is an award-winning photographer and an avid traveler.
